Happy Autumn to everyone!
It's been a while since I last posted on here...I actually had forgotten about this! I know...how could I do that?! :)
Life has been interesting since August 2007. The big news, we moved! We're now back in ND living on the Berg farm between Hillsboro & Mayville. The kids have all had birthdays this year. Hailey is now 5, Lexi is 3, and Jacob just turned 1 1/2.
Hailey started Kindergarten in Mayville the end of August and is loving it! She comes home with all kinds of papers and stories to tell of what she did in school. We even did "homework" the other day...they have a story bag to bring home over the weekend and then share what they did with the stuffed animal inside over the time it was at their house. Hailey had a bunny so we got to make a headband with bunny ears on it. We even made a paper dress for the bunny and she decorated it to look kind of like a rainbow. I think we may have a fashion designer on our hands! :)
Lexi has suddenly grown up after Hailey went to school. She's talking more now and really starting to show her personality. She's such a little mommy to her dolls and also to her brother. He sometimes doesn't like that very much. Lexi also really loves being outside and playing with the kittens. She especially loves to hold the runt, Pee-Wee. She calls him the baby of our other two, but he's really their brother!
Jacob is walking all over the place now. He's learning to say new words and also discovering that he can climb. Life has become very intersting with him around! He also loves being outside and would stay out all day if we let him, but he still needs to eat and sleep! He loves seeing all the trucks and combines that are out right now...he's definitely a boy! :)
Aaron is working for a drain tile company out of Mayville. They are busy with the fall work right now, so we don't see much of him. He's usually gone before we get up and then doesn't get home until after the kids are in bed. Aaron's also been getting back into hunting after almost 10 years away from it. He just got a buck this fall with the bow and is pretty proud of it. He tends to show the picture to anyone who will look! :)
I am still staying home with the kids and really liking not doing the 9-5 thing! It is more challenging being a stay-at-home mom, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I am just getting started being a Premier jewelry consultant and am looking forward to that! I can't wait to get my jewelry kit...it's going to be like Christmas! :) So, if you're wanting some ideas for Christmas gifts...I can help you out!
I think that's all for now...talk to you again later!
